I hate to introduce myself
Couch Potatoes magazine: Denk je dat je de wereld kan veranderen met muziek? Met Union Morbide?
UM: Niet veranderen, wel dragelijker maken. Je kan hem niet veranderen, je kan hem wel proberen te laten begrijpen door andere mensen vanwege je muziek en tekst.
Dat hangt ervan af wat je er ook bijzegt. als iemand de muziek wel leuk vindt en luistert dan heb je wel een bepaalde verandering ofzo…. Vroeger toen ik m’n eerste punk hoorde was het van Weuhahuahah, lekker pogoën met de hond in m’n kamertje enzo. En een concert dan kon ik weer een week tegen school ofzo. Bands als Crass en Ex enzo, die hebben op mijn denken best wel invloed gehad, dus wat dat betreft kan het gewoon wel. Ik vind het wel dat we met muziek revolutie moeten maken, iedereen opfokken enzo, dat er daarna lekker gereld wordt enzo. Jaja leven is prachtig.
